At mypropertyextra our aim is to let out your property as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We work with large blue chip companies providing professionals with
accommodation. We work with local leading employers from national brands and blue chip corporations, to local independent businesses, hospitals, and government employers, helping them house their employees.
How we work
If you like the idea of long term hassle free investment. The process is simple. Rather than signing an agreement with a tenant, you, the landlord, will sign a management contract with mypropertyextra. This contract will last for a minimum of 2/3 years – but could be several more if you wish to guarantee your rent, for longer.
From then on we will manage both the property and the tenants ourselves – you won’t need to lift a finger. In some cases, we may look to upgrade your house at our own cost. Any changes we would look to make would be put forward to yourself to agree or disagree beforehand.
We use professional cleaners to ensure the house is kept spotless (usually weekly). We will look after the garden if there is one. Mypropertyextra pay all bills – electricity, gas, water, phone, internet and even council tax.
